Objective of the summative assessment

A part of speech worksheet is used to help students learn how to identify verbs, nouns, adjectives, and adverbs and use them in sentences. The summative assessment has the following objectives:

-To put words into the correct parts of speech category and put words in the correct order to make sentences.

-To rewrite a paragraph and join sentences to improve cohesion.

-Distinguish between the active and passive forms.

-Apply the passive rule appropriately.

-Rewrite a technical paragraph using the active voice
